Baseball's a lot more interesting. And usually a lot more fair. There's a lot less cheating in baseball -- corked bats, steroids and all. And in the end, the winner doesn't control my taxes.
Okay, that last one should be a reason why I SHOULD pay closer attention.
Anyway, I do read the paper. I watch the news. I know who the candidates are and what they stand for. I just hate following the rat race anymore.
But I will comment on one little piece of unpleasantness: Matt Driscoll's new campaign song, which has been airing on local radio...
